Good Handguard, Great Customer service
I bought this during black friday, and it shipped out to me pretty quick considering the heavy influx of orders. But when I got it, it didn't fit on my arsenal milled receiver even though I had selected the correct mod option. So I emailed their sales and took some photos and asked them about it. SLR responded literally on the same night, and they shipped the correct base to me on the next morning. With the correct base, the hand guard fit well on the milled receiver. It also fits pretty decently with the ultimak upper rail, but you have to figure out your own spacing (which you should be doing anyways). The QD slots are great, since they are also anti rotation slots. The surface might seem like it scratches easily, but it is actually more the case that it will get dirty easily. The MLOK slots are good and correctly sized, no issues. The pic rail sections stick out quite a bit, but that works to my advantage since it give me more handguard surface area and volume to grab onto. This handguard solves many of the ergonomic issues I have had with my AK, and I think this is definitely a very solid choice for anyone looking to mod their rifle.
