The mounting system is clever and rock solid. The railed gas block coupled with low profile scope rings allowed for a lower 2/3 cowitness with my Aimpoint 9000l and factory iron sights. It may not cowitness for you but I wanted to confirm that it is possible with the right setup. It’s lightweight, but the hand guard and gas block combo adds just enough heft to balance out my rig. My groups tightened up with factory brass ammo and am now considering handloading to see how much accuracy I can squeeze out of my 106. Bottom line — you will be pleased with your purchase.
