I’ve used several different 10mm mag extensions that fall short of operating properly. This extension matched with the magwell in my Glock 40MOS is THE answer to carrying more rounds in the bush reliably.

fits factory glock magazines and most aftermarket magazines. I myself have it on the ETS 15rd Magazine and I will say the quality is better than other builders extensions. there is a very tight tolerance so you know the product is going to stay in place during even most rigorous zhooting exercises. I also have 1000rds without one feeding issue after installing. I stand behind this product 100%
It is a great made piece, great quality. Easy replacement. Only thing was for the 10mm it is definitely a +4 not a +5 unless someone like Hulk fit that last one in there lol. SLR does it right though!
Had zero problems installing it on a factory mag. Was able to get all 20 rounds in the magazine. Took it to the range and it fed flawlessly all day.
The hardest part of installing these magazine extensions is getting the magazine base off. Large Frame Glocks are MUCH harder than any others. Once I got the base off and removed the spring and follower, the new internals went right in . The fitting of the magazine extension requires a a degree of physical dexterity but nothing to break a sweat over. Once installed, they are solid and don't "pop off" if dropped with a full magazine. I like them and believe it is money well spent for the extra capacity and "style".
Fit and finish was perfect ,definitely will be purchasing more products from SLR.
I bought several of these, for my 10mm and .45 (more on that in a second). Got 20 rounds reliably in the 10mm with 400 rounds down flawless. It’s not listed to work with g21/41. And it doesn’t. Unless you are willing to modify the follower for the 45 acp which I did. Got me +3 45 acp. I’ve put 300 rounds through that too without an issue whatsoever. 16+1 in a 45acp is awesome
I could only get 18 in the mag. So that’s +3. Awesome product though. Doesn’t come with floor plate. I may grind the tab off factory mag plate. May take a little messing around with to get it right. All in all great product.
