Working on a no budget limit show build and this was selected. Impeccable machining & finish on this one. Should be called air instead. Sexy as hell. Best looking and most skeletonized handguard imo thus far. Perfect for showing off your barrel and gas block. Only wish that slr offered a lithium aluminum alloy version as well for even thinner and lighter cuts. Kudos to the designer. Great job!
Hand down best hand guard I have ever felt or owned. As a semi-pro 3gunner I've seen and have used a lot of different ones over the years and this is by far the best. The form, fit and finish as second to none. I own several earlier generation SLRs many other brands and really love how these helix model mount up. The melonite finish is super smooth and not gritty at all and form is perfect for running and gunning. Perfect ergonomic fit for off-hand shooting. I really appreciate the military discount too!
