FFL will need to be sent to alfredo@slrrifleworks.com or fax to 407-347-3184 , Please coordinate with your FFL to send their paperwork to SLR, We are unable to submit requests for all orders. It is up to the customer to facilitate the transaction of all paperwork.
Make sure the FFL writes your name on the copy so we know what customer the FFL goes with
Once we have your FFL, the lower will ship.
The product is perfect. Lower and upper fitment is spot on, the machining is the best I’ve ever seen. My set I got in a custom color and it was done before what the estimated lead time is. Customer service is also amazing. Not much more you can ask for.
Received the SLR-B15 and was immediately impressed with the fit and finish. All of the CNC milling is crisp with no tool marks or blemishes. Fit between the upper/lower is tight with no play. Now I just need to convince SLR to make the HDX 7075 in 11.7" with smooth-top like every other rail in that line.

I originally posted a review stating I had fitment issues, whereas the fitment tolerance between the upper and lower seemed loose/wobbly. Then just after, I read that there’s a tension setting screw that I didn’t realize was in the lower, spent a few minutes adjusting screw depth and now the upper and lower mate perfectly without any wobble/looseness. That was the only complaint I originally had but it was my mistake for not using one of the included features (LOL). Aside from that I’ve sent about 600 rounds through so far with 100% reliability. The machining/design quality is amazing, and artfully appealing to say the least. Being ambidextrous makes this thing even cooler/easy to operate. Will definitively be purchasing another set for a future build.
Just finished assembling this set after wanting one for a while now, and I am not disappointed. The quality is top notch, and the design and execution is flawless. The only bad thing is that now I want to build a B30 set to match! the fit is perfect, and matches perfectly to the Ion Hybrid handguard for a seamless transition. This thing is an art piece more than anything, one of my favorites for sure!
I've looked around for the perfect billet receiver set for months because I wanted to build my next AR15 with top quality parts unlike my first build. This billet set is definitely one of the best presently on the market today. I love the creative work that's not overly done, but just ideal for someone like myself who want's to go up a few notches in quality craftsmanship.
Very well manufactured. I've had the lower on one of my AR builds for almost a year now with no complaints. I get compliments on the receiver almost every time I take it out. Seems to be very durable. Just a fair warning though, I paired this lower with an Odin Works upper receiver and had trouble with them fitting together. Ended up having to shave down part of my upper just to get them to fit, took maybe 5 minutes. Both mil spec receivers! However, I'm purchasing this set for my next AR build today!
Amazing quality...fit, finish, and unique features are outstanding. If you're considering a high-end AR, this is the receiver set to build with. Don't forget to add a matching SLR hand guard as well. I went with a Helix to match the half cut 1913 picatinny rails on my upper receiver.
The level of quality and attention detail is 2nd to none! Extremely satisfied with both of my receiver sets. Looking forward to my next build where I will be using this set again
I first saw the SLR Billet Receiver Set at the NRA show in Atlanta. Had to wait a few weeks till it was released and...... Wow! From design,, machining,, quality control,, to the outstanding work of art this is awesome! I do not have the words to do it justice. I would like the Good below in the rating category to be changed to Excellent cause it is that easy. I am matching it to a 9.5 in SLR M-LOK Solo handguard which is also awesome. Buy one!,
