Glad I took Andro Corp Industries advice in helping me select the Synergy BCF 5.56 for my wife's new custom AR-15. You will not be disappointed and highly recommend the Synergy BCF 5.56.

I've been running the BCF for two years now. Mitigates muzzle rise and recoil impulse to practically null. Can't comment on flash as I use a 750 lm torch at night. The brake is REALLY effective, so side concussion may be an issue indoors (I've gotten a few remarks at the indoor range), and I'm told the sound signature is closer to .308 than .223. I've recommended the BCF and will use it on future builds.

replaced standard a2 flash hider with this. looks great, functions great, and a fraction of the price of competitors

Tested this Brake on the Black Label, it is awesome. Keeps the muzzle down, it light in comparison to the other competitors, and has better results. You will not be disappointed.

A beautifully crafted brake! On a 10.5" barrel this brake eliminates muzzle flash and mitigates recoil in a very similar fashion to the PWS FSC 556, but at a fraction of the price. I highly recommend this if you're looking for an effective combo flash hider and brake. One thing to note is that the four prongs do create a tuning fork type of ringing noise whenever the charging handle is released or a magazine is slapped in, although not loudly. This is common for pronged flash hiders.

Awesome multi-function device. Have taken it out to the range and can definitely feel the difference between this and the RockRiver compensator I had on previously. Markedly quieter, less shoulder thump and almost zero climb. . Very high quality worksmanship. I took a chance and am now a fan of SLR products from this purchase alone. I would definitely buy again and will be coming back to get more upgrades.
