Great quality just a bit long
Just finished up an 8.6 build with this Handguard and a Faxon 12” barrel. I used a jmac 360 keymount md, and to my disappointment the tapered barrel left the md just out of reach from lock up with the can. I was able to work around the issue using the shoulder adapter provided by Faxon however it was just a little disappointing not to use everything as intended. The quality of slr is second to none and would never hesitate to buy another, but if you’re looking to complete a 8.6 build go with an 11” Handguard to use with the tapered Faxon barrel.
