    .750 Dimpling Jig

The perfect tool for dimpling your barrel. Quality item thats simple and easy for anyone to use. Aligns gas port hole and dimple perfectly. I'm no expert gunsmith by any means but this jig makes it so easy I had a dimpled barrel in 5 minutes. Great work on this tool SLR!!

    .750 dimpling jig...

I love the jig, but the drill bit from SLR chewed up the guide collar horribly, I read these reviews and ordered https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00462RR9K/ref=ewc_pr_img_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&th=1 ,, essentially a "spade"drill that should NOT chew up the steel of the guide bolt.

    Gas Block Dimple Jigs

Great product, have multiple builds and will get plenty of use out of all three sizes I bought. 4 out of 5 due to all of them being anodized black and no markings to tell what diameter. Wish they were color anodized like in the initial pictures.

    For the best results

For the best results use this drill bit>>Micro 100 SD-156 Spade Drill. I'm telling you it will work sooooo much better than a regular bit and not cut into the wall of your guide screw. You can find them on Amazon, be careful they cut really fast so watch your pressure and this jig is the best and I own two different sizes.

    .750 dimple jig

awesome customer service I ordered a .750 dimple jig and they accidently shipped one meant for .625 all it took was one email and a photo to get the mistake taken care of. dimple jig worked as advertised. great way to ensure proper gas block alignment during a fresh build.

    Very easy to use

The gas port set screw pulls it into alignment. 2 quick hits with a drill and I was done.i would recommend just doing the screw that aligns with the port. This keeps your options open if you ever want to change the block

    Excellent choice to dimple barrel

I found this jig to be an excellent choice in dimpling my barrel. I wanted to install a set screw gas block and always wanted to dimple my own barrel to ensure a solid lock up. It was easy. You measure e distance between your set screws for gas black and use the appropriate size in the jig. You insert the pointed screw for the jig and secure to gas port then flip over and slowly remove material using an appropriate size drill bit. As long as you take your time and measure your set screws you are good to go. I had to google the video that SLR provided as the link was dead
