Magwell screw only needs to be finger tight. Do Not Overtighten.

Easy install, and I was able to slide it over Talon grips. This has transformed my gen 5 into a new pistol and finally eliminated the pesky cutout, as well. It fits my hand perfectly and looks great.

Recently purchased this for my Glock 19 along with the magazine extensions. Makes a HUGE difference on the feel of the gun as well as alleviating the dreaded pinky pinch. The mag well is extremely well made and just seems to feel better than other mag wells I’ve tried. I would encourage anyone purchasing this for duty or EDC to invest in magazine extensions. With normal factory magazines it is near impossible to strip the magazine if needed. I purchased the SLR extensions and am very pleased with the fit and function. Gives me 61 rounds instead of 46 and makes reloads significantly easier than straight factory mags.
It is pricey, but it’s a solid product. Makes the pistol look way better and it also makes your grip feel way better. Highly recommend.
I purchased this item because I don’t like the the gen 5 grip cut out. This item does a good job covering it up. It is easy to install and feels good. The only draw back I see is when using the factory floor plate you can’t really get ahold of the the bottom to strip the magazine in case of a type 3 malfunction. To work around this I purchased Shield Arms extended magazine bases. These work great with the mag well. Would recommend.
I wouldn’t say the flare is large enough for competition, but for concealed carry, it’s the perfect amount of flare and grip.

I bought this to replace the Magpul brand magwell for a G19Gen3. Magpul's product just didn't give the mag's basepad enough room to allow locking a mag in using only hand pressure. SLR's product does and it fits my wants & needs perfectly. I highly recommend SLR's magwell product.
