I've dimpled two barrels. The first was not dimpled. The second had one dimple. This tool worked perfectly on both with excellent alignment with the one-dimple barrel.

Got this and then promptly lost the screws while at the hardware store, Todd Garner @ SLR sent me a set of replacements that were at my door in a few days. Went to work and dimpled several of my barrels, the tool works great! Great tool, great customer service! Thanks Todd!

I just completed my first barrel with this jig and I could not be more pleased. The dimples are perfectly placed and the gas block locks into position like you would expect. Just take your time and check as you go and it will do this scary job as well as anything on the market. I am a very happy customer!
Cost of labor on everything is sky-high. DIY and save money - you'll re-coup your cost for this product the first time and everything else is gravy. Precision tool and I found it to be right on for 3 different blocks.
