This Handguard must use our Linear Comp. Most AK's of this barrel length use 14mm thread.

Note- New version MOLOT VEPR AK's with large HG retainer will have to remover retainer to use HG. OEM retainer will not fit inside HG.
Note- New Version MOLOT VEPR AK's use our VEPR2 railed gas tube. Older VEPR AK's (non MOLOT) use our VEPR railed gas tube.
I installed this on my 7.62x39mm saiga. It is a perfect fit, it does extend past the standard front sight but that’s what I was going for since I use a blast can. I love the extra length because I like to hold my rifle long. It locks up tight but is only held in place by the gas tube on my saiga. I’m planning on getting a second one for my other saiga but it has a ultimak m1-b on it. I heard that they will send you extra long screws so that it’s able to mate with the ultimak.
Fits the KR-103 perfect, with the full length gas block and the linear comp it just makes the rifle look amazing. The handguard feels and looks wonderful.

It is a good option for the VEPR. It looks amazing. The only downside is I had to do a little grinding on the bridge connector piece near the iron sight. Dremel took care of it in less than 5 mins, I needed to cut away a little less than and 1/8 inch. But my VEPR looks awesome and I can now mount a flashlight to it in style. Would buy again.
WOW! Great workmanship from SLR Rifleworks! This was purchased for a milled MAC90 and I there will be some machining involved but that was planned. The product is flawless and looks absolutely amazing! Outstanding products.
